SLC-17 시리즈는 17 mm 폭과 8.5 mm 높이의 크기를 갖는 Linear Positioner로서 길이는 22 mm에서 80 mm 까지의 Standard 모델이 있습니다.

변위는 12 mm에서 51mm로 필요하신 어플리케이션에 따라서 선택 하실 수 있습니다. Positioner 외부 크기에 영향을 주지 않으면서 내부에 Nano Sensor를 장착할 수 있고 이를 통해서 Closed Loop 동작을 할 수 있습니다. 특히 SLC-1720-S의 경우에는 미세한 변위를 가지면서 Closed loop 동작이 가능한 가장 작은 모델입니다.
